Procedure: Your individual retreat at SEINsART
A journey to yourself - through your body, emotions and nature.
Friday - Arrive & Align
- 16:00 - Welcome to the natural garden biotope: time to arrive, get your bearings and settle into your hobbit hut.
- Opening conversation - In a personal conversation with Julia, you clarify your concerns and feel into what is really calling you. In advance, you will receive initial impulses for preparation and an invitation to consciously focus on your retreat.
- Evening ritual - spirit hut ritual or mindful yoga to consciously enter the space of transformation.
Saturday - Feeling, recognizing, connecting
- Morning practice - TriGuna yoga and breath work to activate your life energy.
- Emotional work & guidance - In a one-to-one session with Julia, you will explore key emotional issues using the Emotional Compass, The Work or other proven methods.
- Nature experience - Grounding rituals or work in the permaculture garden support you in connecting with the living wisdom of the earth.
- Regeneration - An intuitive massage or bodywork helps you to integrate and let go of what you have experienced.
- Evening arrangement - Reflection in silence or in exchange - by the fire, in the garden or wherever you feel supported.
Sunday - integration & new beginnings
- Morning impulse - breath, yoga or philosophy as an anchor for the day.
- Individual deepening - space for your vision, your next steps, your new inner feeling.
- Final discussion - joint reflection and a look at your future path.
- Conclusion - farewell in a protected setting, accompanied by a small ritual.

Note: This process serves as a guide and is individually adapted to your needs. The emotional process work is at the center - supported by mindfulness, closeness to nature and a safe space.
If you wish, I can also stay by your side beyond the retreat - in an accompanied chat connection that offers you space for reflection, integration and trusting exchange (for an additional fee).
Should you feel the need to extend your stay by a few days, this can be made possible - depending on availability. Please mention this impulse as early as possible in the preliminary talk so that I can make room for you.
