In the heart of the Chiemgau Alps, you will find the ideal retreat to rediscover your breath – not as a mere function, but as a tool for profound change. The autonomic nervous system, which automatically controls all vital processes, is closely linked to breathing – and can be consciously influenced through it.
During the retreat, you will learn how simple but targeted breathing techniques can give you more control over your physical and mental state. Issues such as sleep quality, immune defense, blood pressure, concentration, and inner restlessness are all related to the quality of your breathing.
Armin Fischwenger explains in an easy-to-understand and practical way how breathing works – and what it can do. With his many years of experience in breathwork, body therapy, and health promotion, he creates a space where learning and experience go hand in hand.
In addition to informative input, the program includes daily practical exercises: from conscious activation of the breathing spaces (abdomen, flanks, chest) to coherent breathing for heart-brain harmonization to invigorating breathing techniques that get the entire system going. This allows you to specifically strengthen the parasympathetic nervous system – the part of the nervous system responsible for regeneration, rest, and healing. The Mountain Retreat Center, surrounded by alpine meadows and overlooking the Zahmer Kaiser mountain range, offers the perfect setting for this experience. The Swiss stone pine sauna, vegetarian-vegan full board, and the natural, peaceful atmosphere support the process of finding peace on all levels. What you will gain from this week: - Greater physical and emotional stability through conscious breathing - Specific exercises for self-regulation in everyday life
- A deeper understanding of how your nervous system works - More vitality, serenity, and joie de vivre through active breathing practice Program scope: Two two-hour sessions per day, one two-hour session on the day of arrival and one on the day of departure.
