Dance is a wonderful way to get in touch with your own life energy. In this retreat, rhythmic sequences, mindful bodywork and natural movement sequences accompany you through the winter days. The Nia method combines elements of dance, martial arts and body therapy - an inspiring combination for consciously and joyfully shaping the beginning of the year.
The daily sessions create a space in which you can arrive at your own pace. Soft, organic movements release tension, strengthen body awareness and provide clarity. Formats such as "Moving to Heal" or "5 Stages", which have a particularly gentle and regenerative effect, are also incorporated.
The Kleebauer Hof offers an atmosphere of deceleration in winter: crackling silence, clear air, wide fields and cozy, warm retreats. Between the dance sessions, there is time for walks through the wintry landscape, sauna sessions or simply quiet reflection. The varied vegetarian and vegan cuisine ensures light enjoyment and supports the feeling of a fresh new start.
This retreat invites you to enter the new year with heightened awareness, inner strength and a lively heart - dancing, smiling and full of joie de vivre.
Your lasting benefit from the joie de vivre retreat:
- Strengthening your own body awareness and developing a new, loving body feeling
- Gain mental clarity and emotional lightness for your focus in the new year
- Deeper understanding of how movement can be used as a resource for everyday life, well-being and stress reduction
- Lasting impulses to keep joy, energy and inner balance alive even after the retreat
Scope of the program: Two sessions of two hours each day, one session each on the day of arrival and departure.
