This course is designed for people who would like to gain further experience. You may have already attended silence courses or taken part in Breathwork weekends, but this combination and the long period of time are still unknown to you. In this course format, you can experience new and deep levels within yourself and your existence.
This course also serves as further training for YOGA teachers, meditation and mindfulness teachers, MBSR teachers, life and social counselors and all people working in psychological fields. We are Ö_CERT certified and recognized by various professional associations.

Vipassana insight meditation
Metta meditation
Mindful body awareness (body scan) while lying down and sitting
Sitting and walking meditation
Short lectures on key topics such as levels of consciousness,
Self-compassion, self-acceptance, patience and surrender
Perception of feelings and emotions, fear, pain and individual burdens
Possible daily schedule
08:00 to 08:45: Morning meditation
09:00 to 10:00: Breakfast
10:00 to 12:30: Course unit, with breathwork and meditation
12:30 to 17:00: Lunch break with free time allocation
17:00 to 19:00: Course unit with breathwork and mindfulness
19:00: Dinner
20:30: Evening meditation with breath awareness
