LifeXLab Offsite: What's Your Dream?
June 26–28, 2026 · Lake Teupitz near Berlin
A weekend retreat for people who know they want more—and are finally figuring out exactly what that is.
The LifeXLab Offsite near Berlin combines neuroplasticity, mindfulness, and positive psychology with concrete tools for personal development and goal setting. Our brains are malleable—well into old age. What we think about every day, what we focus our attention on, and the patterns we repeat: all of this literally changes our neural connections. This weekend harnesses exactly that. No more information overload, no mood board weekend. Instead, two days where you’ll learn to focus your brain specifically on your goal—and head home on Monday with a concrete plan.
The retreat program in Brandenburg includes neuroplasticity courses with practical techniques for focus and mental clarity, a Songwriting Xperience with singer-songwriter Karlie Apriori, yoga in nature, journaling, and visualization exercises—as well as a candlelit reading with Diane Hielscher right by the lake. For anyone who wants to experience mindfulness and coaching in a new way.
Accommodation by the lake, full board (fresh, vegetarian, seasonal), a sauna, and of course the lake are included. The rooms are bright and minimalist in design—wooden beds, natural materials, large windows with views of the greenery and the lake. Each room has its own bathroom.
Those traveling alone are warmly welcome—we specifically take solo travelers into account when assigning rooms. Single rooms are available upon request.
Your host is Diane Hielscher—journalist, author, presenter, and founder of LifeXLab. Known from Deutschlandfunk Nova and her books “Liebe neu denken” and “Sei glücklich, älter wirst du sowieso.” Her focus: how people discover what they truly want—and begin to live it.
Maximum of 25 participants. Deliberately kept small.
