This yoga teacher training weekend is designed for yoga teachers, educators, and yogis who feel that yoga can be more than just physical movement—in your own practice, in your teaching, and in everyday life.
In this retreat and 25-hour Yoga Teacher Training (TT), we’ll learn to understand the nervous system and teach yoga in a way that regulates rather than overwhelms, apply trauma-sensitive principles—so your classes feel safe, warm, and inviting, to cultivate self-care and self-regulation for yourself as a teacher, so you remain present, grounded, and authentic; and to deepen yoga through somatic tools, breathwork, meditation, and Yin/Restorative practice, making your classes slower, deeper, and more transformative.
