Summary

This weekend, learn to practice and teach yoga in a trauma-sensitive and nervous system-oriented way—gently, deeply, and safely. This yoga teacher training weekend is designed for yoga teachers, educators, and yogis who feel that yoga can be more than just physical movement—in your own practice, in your teaching, and in everyday life.

In this retreat and 25-hour Yoga Teacher Training (TT), we’ll learn to understand the nervous system and teach yoga in a way that regulates rather than overwhelms, apply trauma-sensitive principles—so your classes feel safe, warm, and inviting, to cultivate self-care and self-regulation for yourself as a teacher, so you remain present, grounded, and authentic; and to deepen yoga through somatic tools, breathwork, meditation, and Yin/Restorative practice, making your classes slower, deeper, and more transformative.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the price and must be arranged by you. Near the studio, you’ll find the Ibis Hotel, Backpackers Lucerne, and other hotels that you can choose based on your budget.

Catering

Food: There are various takeout spots and restaurants near the studio where you can grab a tasty meal.
There is a refrigerator on site. We also provide delicious nuts, dried fruit, tea, and water for you to enjoy during breaks.

We will coordinate lunch times and breaks on the first day in consultation with the participants.

Arrival

Lucerne is located in the heart of Switzerland and is easily accessible from virtually anywhere.
Travel to Lucerne is not included and must be arranged by you.
The yoga studio is just a 10-minute walk from Lucerne train station, or you can take the bus and be here in 5 minutes.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
