MaRah offers a loving and heart-healing place to stay for all those who work in the field of healing and awareness. In this extraordinary place (between Bremen and Bielefeld), located in the middle of the moorland between the Weser and Dümmer rivers, we have been offering a mindful and supportive atmosphere for seminars, events, and retreats for 25 years. Do you sometimes wonder where the lightness in your life has gone? These days will be perfect for letting go of baggage and regaining your lightness. It will be relaxed, feel easy, and yet go deep. An interlocking program with exercises from personality development, yoga, pranayama, and meditation will connect you with yourself on a new level. During these four days at the beautiful Marah seminar house, you will have the wonderful opportunity to take a break just for yourself. You will dive deeper into your yoga practice and reconnect with yourself by

- simply practicing to meditate in silence - meditating with power and expression - and experiencing meditation in a completely different way, quiet, dynamic, and definitely moving - practicing various breathwork techniques (pranayama) that intensively accompany you in clearing your thoughts
- perceiving mindfulness and awareness and bringing yourself into the here and now, and your confidence in yourself growing stronger and stronger - participating in a cacao ceremony that helps you open your heart - practicing Yin Yoga and being supported by me with Thai Yoga massage elements
