During this experience retreat, you will learn how to activate the resting nerve through breath work and which techniques have a detoxifying effect. You will learn how to stimulate your immune system, take in more oxygen and achieve a better state of health.

Mindfulness trains the mind and supports the ability to stay in the "here and now".
Introspective yoga, which is mindfulness-based, is more effective. It releases energetic blockages and promotes the ability to fully immerse yourself in the moment. In this way, a simple yoga exercise can become meditation. A fascinating experience awaits you during these days.
