You will fast according to Dr. Buchinger's proven method, sparing your body the burden of solid food for a few days. The body is strengthened by alkaline, mineral-rich bouillons made from fresh vegetables. The pampering program for your gastrointestinal tract is supplemented with balanced herbal teas, vegetable and fruit juices from controlled organic cultivation, a little honey, lemon water and healing clay.
Fasting works on all levels of the body:
