Summary

Finding the Essence in Simplicity—

How wonderful would it be to immerse yourself in the quiet halls of a monastery for three days, using the outer silence to find inner peace? That is exactly what awaits you at my silent retreat at the monastery.

My goal is to help you find your way to inner peace under professional guidance. I have drawn inspiration from the proven MBSR concept and offer you a variety of mindfulness exercises, meditations, reflections, sensory experiences, mindful yoga, body scans, walking meditations, and the exploration of your own inner world. These days are designed to give you space for personal growth and deep relaxation.

For me, practicing mindfulness is more than just a method—it is a path to inner peace, serenity, and well-being. Whether you are new to the world of mindfulness or have already gained some experience, you are warmly welcome to join my retreat!

Throughout the retreat, there is also the option to receive individual coaching sessions if needed.

The cost of the retreat is €304 for the seminar
plus accommodation with full board for €315

You can be sure to experience a pleasant atmosphere where you’ll feel at ease and can fully focus on your inner journey. The maximum number of participants is 12, and the retreat can take place with a minimum of 8 participants.

Please note that the registration deadline for the November retreat is September 1, 2026. Register today and treat yourself to this valuable time-out for body, mind, and soul!

Arrival

- By train from the north and south: St. Ottilien Station on the Augsburg-Weilheim line. Trains run every 15 minutes to Weilheim; all trains stop at St. Ottilien.

- By train from the east and west: Geltendorf Station on the Munich-Buchloe line. Geltendorf is also the terminus of Munich S-Bahn Line 4. From there, the monastery is a 20-minute walk: turn right in front of the station to the underpass, beyond which a pedestrian path leads to St. Ottilien. There are (usually) also taxis or a transfer option to the regional train heading toward Weilheim. The first stop after Geltendorf is St. Ottilien Station.

By car:
- Coming from the east: A96 toward Lindau – Exit 28 WINDACH, toward Eresing / St. Ottilien. The turnoff to St. Ottilien is between Eresing and Geltendorf.
- Coming from the west: A96 toward Munich – Exit 27 SCHÖFFELDING – toward Eresing – toward Geltendorf until the turnoff to St. Ottilien.
