>>What our participants say<<
Christa K.:
"It was a wonderful time, with great people in a special environment.
I learned to listen more to myself and my need for peace, to connect even more intensively with nature and to bring more mindfulness into my everyday life.
I am now more aware and grateful every day for all the small and big miracles in my life. I can feel my inner peace again.
Thank you, you are a great team. Keep up the good work."

Brian M.:
"Thanks to this seminar, I can now concentrate on myself again and at the same time pass on a lot to my children.
I am really grateful for this, you have managed to get me back to a comfortable level within a short time. You are 2 great seminar leaders. Thank you very much."

Anna L.:
"I was surprised how you can really calm down so well in just three days and I learned to take better care of myself in your seminar.
I hope you will continue to be as inspiring and motivating as you are. It was a really great seminar with you both. Thank you very much once again"

Rubine K.:
"I am still impressed by the seminar. It also gave me some very profound insights.
I simply learned again for myself how I can better strengthen my stress resistance in everyday life, what I can do to avoid getting stressed so quickly and where this stress can come from and how I can avoid it.
Thank you for being there so lovingly for all the participants and for guiding us so carefully."

Xhoni M.:
"It was by far the best seminar I've ever attended. I thought it was wonderful, nobody can take away all the positive energy, all the knowledge you can take with you and all the different experiences I had.
It made me realize that I want to live more mindfully and be aware of many little things in my day. You automatically become happy as soon as you realize that our world is so great and that the most precious moments are free!
It was definitely a great experience and I look forward to attending the next seminar!"

Ulrike S.:
"The seminar is an exciting journey from the gray everyday life to a balanced self. It has changed and sharpened my perspective. I am more aware of stress, but I also try to concentrate more on the here and now rather than wandering off in my thoughts or brooding. I try to apply the small mindfulness exercises in my everyday life.
The seminar is an enrichment for people who are stressed or want to counteract it preventively. It provides numerous insights into one's own actions, but also offers many methods for dealing with stress."

Christine H.:
"Many thanks for an inspiring weekend with lots of new insights, great exercises. It was so interesting and varied. A weekend "balm for the soul". I can immediately apply everything I learned in everyday life and am grateful for the wonderful health weekend."

It was a wonderful seminar in the monastery, I took so many positive things home with me and above all I was more relaxed than I had been for years. I will definitely attend another happy seminar at the monastery. Steve and Julia are very competent and organized everything perfectly, the schedule, the interplay between theory and practical exercises such as yoga and meditation. Simply perfect for me!
