The monastery The Kirchberg monastery is beautifully situated at the foot of the Swabian Alb. An enchanting property surrounded by nature—nothing but forests and fields within a 4 km radius.

Catering

Mindful dining The monastery offers a generous buffet (including vegetarian options) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Cost: €45 per day. Meals can be enjoyed either in the dining room or outdoors in the monastery garden. Before meals, guests have the opportunity to participate in the hourly prayers.

Arrival

From the north (Stuttgart): Take the Empfingen exit: Head towards Empfingen, turn left at the center of Empfingen, drive through Mühlheim to Renfrizhausen, and follow the signs to Kirchberg at the end of the town.

From the south (Singen): Take the Sulz exit: Head towards Balingen, after 500 m turn left towards Vöhringen-Bergfelden, after 50 m turn left towards Bergfelden. Drive through to Renfrizhausen, where you will find signs to Kirchberg at the entrance to the town.

It was a wonderful seminar in the monastery, I took so many positive things home with me and above all I was more relaxed than I had been for years. I will definitely attend another happy seminar at the monastery. Steve and Julia are very competent and organized everything perfectly, the schedule, the interplay between theory and practical exercises such as yoga and meditation. Simply perfect for me!
