Weekly schedule:
Day 1 , Saturday: Arrival day, getting to know each other
Day 2 - : Assessment: where do I stand? Where do I need to change?
Day 3 - : Alignment: where do I want to go? Vision and goals
Day 4 - : free after morning yoga, optional excursion together
Day 5 - : What is still holding me back? Blockages and beliefs
Day 6 - : What gives me strength? Integration and activation of resources
Day 7 - : "Happy & Creative"! - Farewell evening
Day 8 - : Departure day
Daily schedule:
Morning: Yoga - start the day with joy and a good body feeling
Breakfast: Fortify yourself with a delicious buffet - something for everyone
During the day: Time for yourself or for group activities - for example hiking, activities on the beach, excursions, cycling, fun and games together
(Late) afternoon: workshop - inspiration, sharing, guided meditation, plus yoga, laughter yoga, dance or meditation if required
Dinner: Enjoy delicious and healthy food
Evening: cozy get-together, games, yoga nidra.
