09:30-11:00 Brunch / Breakfast
11:00-12:30 In-depth yoga session (Hatha/Yin) - mindfulness & body awareness
12:30-15:30 Lunchtime free time - enjoy a walk, massage or rest
16:00-17:00 Meditation & Pranayama: Breath flow and stillness
19:00 Dinner
20:00-21:30 Yin yoga with mantra accompaniment: deep relaxation
afterwards fireside ritual/ evening ritual - tea, exchange & small rituals
