During this weekend, you will discover different possibilities of mindfulness and breathing. Meditations and breathwork will allow you to pause and become aware of your inner resources. An "understanding" with ourselves and a feeling of being connected arise. Stress is allowed to dissolve. Gentle body movements from mindful heart yoga activate the vagus nerve, our relaxation nerve. And so you will find more and more of a calm consciousness within yourself.
In the beginning, everything is a technique, a method that can give us structure. By practicing together, it becomes tangible and eventually finds a place in your everyday life.
