If you're looking for mindfulness, relaxation or sports exercises as part of burnout prevention, then I'm sorry to disappoint you. My workshop takes a completely different approach and is really DEEP. I am all about honest self-reflection and SELF-KNOWLEDGE.
In just three days, we develop your personal life compass together, which can be your guide to a new, powerful attitude towards life. I say "can" deliberately, because the many valuable insights that you will gain during these days alone have never changed anything. Although knowing this is essential in order to be able to start the process of change in the first place, you also need to put the things you have become aware of into practice. To make this easier for you, you will have your personal life compass at your side to point you in the right direction and, of course, you will also have the opportunity to stay in contact with me after the workshop and let me continue to guide you along the way 😊
What I promise you:
At the end of the workshop, you will not only have the tools to get out of your exhaustion and frustration and into a new, powerful attitude towards life, but also:
- you will also be much better at setting boundaries (saying NO) and
- be able to stand up for yourself
- have a crystal-clear REAL SELF-IMAGE of yourself
- return to everyday life with increased self-esteem

- 15-minute free "get-to-know-you video call" (appointments for this will be arranged by e-mail after the non-binding request for the workshop)
On the day of arrival: stocktaking - where do I stand? My current situation - my expectations - my why for the workshop (approx. 1 hour)
Topics on the first day of the workshop (approx. 1.5 hours)
- We travel back a few decades to your childhood and youth and write your success stories
- Based on your success stories, we will find out your natural innate talents and abilities - and I will explain to you why these are one of the most important keys to a powerful attitude towards life
- What values characterize you and what needs are fundamental to your health? Are you true to yourself?
Topics on the second workshop day (approx. 1.5 hours)
- We take a look at your environment. During our work together, you will find out why this is also important in the context of burnout prevention
- Your ideal living and working environment - what does it look like? Don't try to think about it now. The answers will come when you are with me in the workshop - I will certainly support you!
- Your hobbies or interests in which you lose yourself and lose track of time
At the end of the workshop you will have your personal life compass in your hand, which can be your guide to a powerful new life feeling with more energy, clarity and satisfaction and which will help you to stay true to yourself!
On the day of departure: (approx. 1 hour)
- Conclusion: Analysis of your personal life compass: What insights will you take away from the workshop? What will you put into practice first from the life compass?
- Will we stay in touch? - Possibility of membership in the health network for sustainable support and a holistic understanding of mental and physical health
