Summary

Do you feel tired, exhausted and frustrated by everyday life and work? Do you notice that you can no longer fully recharge your batteries on your days off, or that your energy stores are empty more quickly than usual and you react irritably? Then it's time to change something about YOU and your living and/or working conditions!
Far away from familiar surroundings and everyday life, we want to concentrate completely on you over 4 days (please book at least 3 nights) within 5 individual coaching sessions and achieve a real sustainable change in your life so that you can experience a powerful feeling of life with joy and energy.

CHANGE ALWAYS STARTS WITH YOURSELF!

At the beginning of the coaching session, I will work with you to determine your current situation. In the next step, we will work together to uncover the life circumstances that are draining your energy. Of particular interest in this process are the often unconscious energy guzzlers that come to light through our everyday actions and decisions because we don't stand up for ourselves, our values and our needs, or perhaps we are not really aware of them. It is easier to say "NO" when you know exactly WHY and FOR WHAT. We will also travel back a few decades and visit your "inner child". This process is very intense and revealing - but also energetically challenging. Therefore, I recommend that you do not plan any other program on the workshop days - only time-outs that are good for you and relax you, such as a beauty treatment, massage, yoga, a walk by the sea or in the forest....
In the next step, we take a look at your professional and private environment and your living and working conditions.

In the workshop, we will work through everything together in black and white and record it in a workbook, which you will receive from me on the day of arrival. At the end of the workshop, you will have your personal life compass in your hand, which can be your guide to a new, powerful attitude towards life.

The insights gained will then be gradually implemented at home in your everyday life. For support, further coaching with me can be helpful afterwards so that you can achieve your goals faster and stay on the ball when one or two hurdles cross your path. However, this is only a loving offer - no more, but also no less ;-)

On the day of your arrival, we will meet for an initial introduction (approx. 1 hour) and set the times for the coaching sessions over the next few days. We will also assess your "current situation" on this day so that we can get started right away on the following day. If the weather cooperates, we will definitely coach on the beach as part of "Walk & Talk" - alternatively we will meet in the lobby of the hotel and find a nice place to start your process in a cozy but intensive way.

The "Kleine Auszeit" hotel. This idyllic adults-only hotel is somewhat secluded between St. Peter-Bad and the village and has just 14 rooms. Ideal if you are looking for peace and quiet and are "good on foot" to explore the forest and sea and to relax and unwind. You can find more information directly on the hotel's homepage.

Please send me an inquiry via this portal before you book accommodation in this or any other hotel. I will contact you in advance for a short (approx. 15-minute) video zoom call or arrange an appointment with you so that we can get to know each other and discuss a few key points and clarify any open questions. After we have agreed on a date for your coaching time-out, I recommend that you book relaxation treatments in advance if you would like to support your process.

There are numerous restaurants in St. Peter-Bad that are also open in winter - there is also a small Edeka supermarket in the center of St. Peter-Bad. If you are traveling by car, the larger supermarkets are located in the commercial area or at the entrance to the town.

If you're looking for mindfulness, relaxation or sports exercises as part of burnout prevention, then I'm sorry to disappoint you. My workshop takes a completely different approach and is really DEEP. I am all about honest self-reflection and SELF-KNOWLEDGE.

In just three days, we develop your personal life compass together, which can be your guide to a new, powerful attitude towards life. I say "can" deliberately, because the many valuable insights that you will gain during these days alone have never changed anything. Although knowing this is essential in order to be able to start the process of change in the first place, you also need to put the things you have become aware of into practice. To make this easier for you, you will have your personal life compass at your side to point you in the right direction and, of course, you will also have the opportunity to stay in contact with me after the workshop and let me continue to guide you along the way 😊

On the day of arrival: stocktaking - where do I stand? My current situation - my expectations - my why for the workshop (approx. 1 hour)

Topics on the first day of the workshop (approx. 1.5 hours)
- We travel back a few decades to your childhood and youth and write your success stories
- Based on your success stories, we will find out your natural innate talents and abilities - and I will explain to you why these are one of the most important keys to a powerful attitude towards life
- What values characterize you and what needs are fundamental to your health? Are you true to yourself?

Topics on the second workshop day (approx. 1.5 hours)
- We take a look at your environment. During our work together, you will find out why this is also important in the context of burnout prevention
- Your ideal living and working environment - what does it look like? Don't try to think about it now. The answers will come when you are with me in the workshop - I will certainly support you!
- Your hobbies or interests in which you lose yourself and lose track of time

At the end of the workshop you will have your personal life compass in your hand, which can be your guide to a powerful new life feeling with more energy, clarity and satisfaction and which will help you to stay true to yourself!

On the day of departure: (approx. 1 hour)
- Conclusion: Analysis of your personal life compass: What insights will you take away from the workshop? What will you put into practice first from the life compass?
- Will we stay in touch? - Possibility of membership in the health network for sustainable support and a holistic understanding of mental and physical health
