Inner Flow Retreat on the Black Sea Coast - A journey to the chakras with yoga, dance, and rituals

The villa is located on the foothills of the Balkan Mountains, just a few minutes' drive from the wonderful Irakli Beach, where nudism is also permitted. A pool, sauna, sun loungers, yoga dome, and trampoline are available. The jacuzzi is almost finished. The villa has a large terrace and a garden. The furnishings in the building are in line with Bulgarian standards. There are 3 double rooms, 1 single room, and 1 triple room. Wi-Fi is available. Washing machines can be used. If the villa is fully occupied, additional accommodation can be booked outside.

Our chef prepares a varied brunch and a hot evening meal + a changing dessert every day. She pays particular attention to the quality and origin of the products she uses in the preparation of a variety of vegetarian and, if required, vegan dishes. Fresh fruit, bread and spreads, (vegan) yogurt with toppings such as nuts, dates and figs, and other healthy snacks are also available throughout the day. Coffee, tea and water from a local spring are also provided.

A typical daily schedule will usually look like this: 7:30–8:15 a.m. Stretching, breathing exercises, meditation, ritual 8:45–10:00 a.m. Yoga class or dance therapy sequence 10:00 a.m. Breakfast/brunch
2:00 p.m. Yoga Nidra 5:30–7:00 p.m. Yoga class or dance therapy sequence 7:00 p.m. Dinner Evening program varies from dance, sauna, mantra singing, group rituals The schedule is not set in stone and will be discussed with the group. At least one day a week, we offer an excursion to Varna or Nessebar. We will also watch the sunrise and sunset on the beach and practice yoga on the beach. If you decide to take a yoga vacation, you can skip our activities and decide for yourself whether you want to sleep in, for example... :-)
However, if you are planning to train as a yoga teacher or undertake further training, you will have theory sessions with Kavita in addition to the regular schedule. These will allow you to delve deeper into the teachings of the chakras and optimize the design of your yoga sessions. You will receive detailed, practical information about the chakras, learn Kundalini Tantra breathing techniques, modern breathing exercises, visualizations, and gain insight into asana analysis.
We will practice refining our instructions and train our voices. Of course, we will continue to coach you on your teaching personality and start using essential oils. This module is also suitable as further training for people who already teach yoga.

Banya is located on the coastal road between Varna and Burgas. Both airports are served by flights in summer. We recommend booking a flight to Varna with Wizzair as soon as possible. From there, you can take a rental car or taxi to Banya. There are hourly buses during the day that go to Varna and Sunny Beach. (Airports are not served by this bus). The bus from Varna to Banya costs 6 euros. PS: There is a lot going on culturally in Varna, especially in summer. I recommend adding a few days to your stay in Varna. You can also travel there by bus from Germany or with your own car.
