Inner Radiance – A retreat for people who truly want to find peace
When life keeps pushing you further and further—more to-dos, more stress, more resistance—and you feel like you’re on the verge of breaking. When you realize that you haven’t been living in your body for a long time, but are merely functioning. Then this is the moment to pause.
Inner Radiance is not a retreat for people who just want to work through another program. It is a true reset—without additional tasks, without performance, without expectations. Five days in a private villa near Genk, Belgium, surrounded by nature, silence, and a deliberately small group of no more than 9 participants. About 1.5 hours from Düsseldorf/Cologne, this place is an oasis of calm.
What awaits you here:
You need no prior experience—neither in yoga, nor in sound baths, nor in art. Everything is gently guided and accessible to everyone. The practice is an invitation, not an instruction.
Kundalini Yoga: Gentle, powerful exercises that regulate your nervous system and rekindle your inner fire—without requiring flexibility or prior experience.
Sound Bath: Deep relaxation through crystal bowls—an experience that allows you to ground deeply in your body and quiet the mind.
Intuitive Painting: A creative, non-performance-oriented space where you can access your inner world through colors and shapes—without any artistic expectations.
Walking Meditation in Nature: Mindful walking through forests and meadows to ground the body and clear the mind.
Vegan, nutrient-rich diet: Every meal is thoughtfully prepared to nourish body and mind and support an inner detox.
Who is this retreat for?
For people who feel they need a genuine fresh start. For anyone who isn’t looking for yet another self-improvement program, but rather an authentic reconnection with themselves. For people who are ready to let go of everything for five days—and experience a genuine transformation in a mindfully guided small group.
No prior experience necessary. No pressure to perform. Just you, in your entirety.
A treat for body and mind—in a deliberately small group of no more than 9 participants.
