Due to our cultural conditioning, our mind has gained the upper hand for most people. Yet our body is always there and communicates its needs to us. In this workshop, we learn to playfully perceive the diverse needs of our body.
Our body is always honest with us
Through movement, we come into better contact with ourselves and others. We can recognize our own patterns of behaviour in order to initiate positive change processes and to live what we want to live.

Embodiment and Somatic Movement exercises make it easier for us to recognize our real needs. By simply trying things out, we recognize directly what is good for us. Listening to our body is the quickest way to find out what we need and the easiest way to relax.
