A professional and friendly kitchen team cooks for us on site. The meals are balanced, plant-based and delicious. Traditional Balinese dishes are also on the menu.

from 07:00 - Tea in the open yoga shala & journaling (optional)
from 07:30 - yoga, meditation & breathwork
from 09:00 - conscious talking circle & creative work in the workbook
from 09:30 - breakfast together
after breakfast - break until approx. 16:00 - organize your day as you wish (relax by the pool or stroll through the streets of Ubud & let yourself be enchanted)
from 16:00 - Manifestation workshop & 'CREATE THE LIFE YOU LOVE' Powertalk
from 17:30 - Ecstatic Dance & followed by Yin Yoga
from 19:30 - Dinner together and start of Mauna (spiritual silence)

Arrival

Arrival is on 03.01.25. Destination airport is Denpasar. From there you can take a cab or Grab to the location (I will be happy to help you with any questions or uncertainties)

Full refund up to 90 days before arrival.
If you cancel up to 45 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
