In the forest, your cells will begin to breathe and you will experience deep relaxation. A wonderful opportunity to learn seminar content without spending hours in a seminar room. We walk through beautiful nature to a place of power and a healing spring. The path is also an invitation to get to know your inner self, to get closer to yourself again, to regenerate and recharge your batteries.
How you experience yourself on this path can give you deep insights into your life. We will tune into this path together. It is a process of self-awareness and a mindfulness exercise. You can have a very deep experience and resolve old trauma, or simply regenerate and recover. You set your own inner pace.
Nothing will be imposed on you along the way. You will learn a lot about myths and legends and, if you wish, you can let yourself be transported to another world and learn to rediscover nature and see it in a different light. You will train your body awareness and mindfulness and reconnect with yourself and nature, which is a true source of strength.
In stressful everyday life, we often lose touch with our own bodies and most people tend to be in their heads, even though the body has such great wisdom. Your body will remember too. Would you like to feel yourself properly again and experience harmony with nature? Then I would be delighted to inspire you.
We strengthen resilience and self-love as well as a new, fresh, and lively attitude towards life. In this seminar, I weave together content from my long-running and successful seminar "Happiness through Self-Love" with new, empowering ideas.
This seminar is embedded in the mindful environment of the BuddhasWeg monastery and seminar house. We will be in the seminar room as well as spending a lot of time outdoors in nature. A successful mix of theory and personal experience. I am very much looking forward to our journey together and the inner journey.
You should be physically fit enough to manage the outward journey (1/2 hour downhill) and the return journey (approx. 1 hour uphill through the forest). The total distance is approx. 8 km. We walk slowly! With normal fitness, it is very manageable. By the way, I am also happy when men set out on the path to themselves ;-)!
