Summary

Becoming part of the change that is happening, living from the essence and creating existential connections ... A next step for all those who cannot be stopped.

By now, we have all realized that the world is changing rapidly. And we all have the task of changing with it. But this upheaval, which we can see everywhere, brings with it quite a lot of uncertainty in the first phase, in addition to curiosity. And the greatest uncertainties come from within ourselves. These are the insecurities that we have been carrying around with us for a very long time, that have arisen from natural life situations that we can recognize on a daily basis. There is the boss who transfers his insecurities to his colleagues, the insecurities that pass from parents to children, from partner to partner, wherever people are in relationships with people. And we need to go even further, because all insecurities that affect the collective have an impact on our well-being, our actions and our thinking.

This means that we have to adapt. No matter which corner we look into, we will have to adapt everywhere. We will have to find new values and regulations. And the question that arises here is, can we still be this individual person, this I AM ... in all of this? Can we confidently go through all the changes and turn the previous "I AM" into an "I AM IN BEING"? Or do we become weary of change and find life unbearable? Are we experiencing this latent unbearability of being that unconsciously gnaws at us? And you may already be familiar with this gnawing. Dissatisfaction, mental and physical stress, feeling rushed and overwhelmed are just a small part of it. There is no trace of the lightness of being. So we are constantly chasing happiness, never satisfied and at the end of the day we often experience a clouded essence. But just because the majority of people feel this way, we shouldn't see it as the norm.

We have always had a right to be happy and people have always sought it! But conversely, we also have a duty to be happy and who else but ourselves could take responsibility for this? And this is where the wheat is usually separated from the chaff, because doing something for this happiness is always more difficult than wishing or even demanding it from others or from fate. Believe me, being happy is not an easy thing, but if we let happiness determine our existence, it fulfills us completely.

If you feel addressed, then we invite you to become part of this change that is happening all around us. And in times like these, we should not forget that the lightness of being is the magical side of life ...

To be able to take part in such a process, you need to have practiced meditation intensively, be capable of self-reflection and be able to recognize mental, psychological and emotional connections.

Module 1 Seminars 1 - 3
In the first part, we create the basis in which the sole aim is to familiarize ourselves with active and passive meditation techniques. During the training we will get to know 8 different active meditations in the form of intensive self-practice.

Module 2 seminars 4 - 6
Another very important aspect of the training is dealing with basic fears and their effects on our current existence. How did they arise, how do I deal with them and what makes it so difficult to let go of them. In this way, we gradually approach our thought and emotional patterns and recognize them as our own. It is usually these unconscious patterns and structures that ultimately prevent us from accepting ourselves as we are. However, it is precisely making these mechanisms and lazy tricks visible that is the prerequisite for recognizing what harms us and makes reconciliation with life possible in the first place. We ask ourselves fewer and fewer questions about "who is to blame" and "why certain things are or are not like this" and slowly come to understand the sense and nonsense of them.

Module 3 Seminars 7 - 9
The way we experience and process meditations is a highly sensitive area... Mindfulness and dealing with what we have experienced allow us to slowly become authentic. We acknowledge our weaknesses and reconcile ourselves with what is NOW. Experiencing HUMILITY and surrender to and in the moment are existential and open up the space within us in which meditation can happen. Experiencing this is not only helpful for all those who want to pass on what they have experienced, but is also the basis for meaningful work with oneself and other people. Practicing meditation and mindfulness is of great humanistic importance for our daily interactions in both our professional and private lives. Through them, we cultivate true self-responsibility and self-determination within ourselves without succumbing to narcissistic delusions.
We introduce various approaches of humanistic psychology, such as Gestalt work, bioenergetics, breathing techniques, IFS inner family, psychoanalysis, neurological connections in meditation according to Ken Wilber and Gerald Hüther, phenomenology of the 7 stages of development according to Wilfried Nelles, MBSR according to Jon Kabat Zinn, to give you an overview of the contents.
