Summary

🌿 MBSR: Serenity & Resilience in the Workplace – and Beyond Basic Seminar on Mindfulness & Stress Management "There are only two days in a year when you can't do anything. One is yesterday, the other is tomorrow. Today is the right day to live." (Dalai Lama)

Are you looking for a way out of the rat race? In a world that is spinning ever faster, mindfulness is not a luxury, but a core competence for health and success. This seminar offers you scientifically proven tools to transform stress into strength and automatic reactions into conscious decisions. ✨ WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Based on the globally recognized MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) method, we combine modern psychology with meditative exercises. - Strengthen resilience: Effectively arm yourself against burnout. - Sharpen awareness: Recognize and dissolve stress-aggravating thoughts. - Respect your needs: Act in harmony with yourself—at work and in your private life.
- Science meets practice: Proven methods in rest and movement. 🎯 WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR? This training is ideal for you if you... - At work: Feel pressure to perform, exhaustion, or lack of concentration and are looking for creative solution strategies.
- For your health: Want to alleviate chronic pain, sleep disorders, or psychosomatic complaints. - Personally: Want to overcome fears, strengthen your self-esteem, and simply "slow down" again. Top companies such as Google, SAP, and the Deutsche Bundesbank are already successfully using MBSR for employee development. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LEADER: Renato Kruljac Born in 1972, married and father of two adult sons. It was a good course with nice participants. There was a lot of meditation and "work". I was able to realize some things and try to remain more conscious in everyday life. Renato was a great instructor and responded well to the individual participants. The accommodation and food were simple, but that would have made sense. Silence is not seen quite so strictly, except at the table. I found the surroundings with the ZEN garden very calming. All in all, it was just right and I would do it again. Thank you very much 😊

A really great location. Especially the Zen garden is the show! The food is good and. The room was nice, with a small bathroom. The mattress was a bit saggy, but still okay. As almost always and almost everywhere, I would wish for fly screens in front of the windows. The silence in the monastery and during mealtimes is very pleasant. For once no 08/15 small talk but mindful silence. Our course leader Renato was very good. Sometimes it was a bit difficult to understand him, probably because of the dialect ;) I was able to get completely involved in everything. The group was great. I was really inspired after the few days. Since then I've been meditating several times a day. It left a lasting impression on me and was definitely not the last workshop of this kind.
