MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) is a training in mindfulness to reduce stress.

The days are rounded off with group discussions, impulse talks and awareness exercises.
You will slow down, experience a clear mind, be mindful of your body and recognize your limits and patterns.
We will also look at the basics of stress management, learn to communicate mindfully, which fundamentally improves interpersonal relationships, and look at the topic of mindful nutrition and lifestyle.
