You will have plenty of time for yourself. For introspection and reflection. The week is suitable for getting to know MBSR.
MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) is a training in mindfulness to reduce stress.

You will learn methods
- to reduce professional and private stress
- to strengthen your health, resilience and vitality
- Joy of life and serenity will find a place in your life again
- You will always be brought back to the here and now
- Improved ability to deal with illness, pain and anxiety
- More clarity and ability to concentrate

With
- Gentle body and awareness exercises (BodyScan, mindful yoga while lying and standing)
- Sitting meditations (breathing meditations, guided meditations, mindfulness meditations)
- Walking meditation outside in nature

you have the opportunity to bring your mind, body and soul into balance.
The days are rounded off with group discussions, impulse talks and awareness exercises.

You will slow down, experience a clear mind, be mindful of your body and recognize your limits and patterns.
We will also look at the basics of stress management, learn to communicate mindfully, which fundamentally improves interpersonal relationships, and look at the topic of mindful nutrition and lifestyle.

You can stay in a shared room from just €22 or a standard single room for €50 as well as a room in a higher category. Just as it suits you.

Catering

The vegetarian full board costs €43 per day and includes a very extensive buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The cooking is deliciously Asian and German and my previous seminar participants were delighted.

You will receive a detailed schedule once you have booked and the group size has been determined.

You will find a safe space in which you can withdraw if you feel like it.
There is no obligation to speak.

The group size will be a maximum of 10 people.

The seminar starts on Monday at 5 pm and ends on Friday afternoon between 3 and 4 pm.

You can arrive during the day.

I found the MBSR week very profound and, after one participant dropped out, we were a very harmonious group. Martina's empathetic nature and her responsiveness to the needs of the individuals was really good. She made us feel a connection between the seminar content and this special place and the beautiful surroundings. I would love to attend another seminar of this kind. We were in Martina's course from Monday to Friday. It was a wonderful experience. One course participant went a bit off the rails and simply left the course without talking to Martina or us. Unfortunately, further contact from Martina came to nothing. I felt really sorry for Martina. After the break-off, we were all relieved as a group and were able to open up completely. We cried together, laughed together and were able to work out a lot for ourselves. Another meeting is already being planned for next year. I will definitely be back.
