Catering

Seminars that include an overnight stay at the Hotel Wiesbaden feature a gourmet breakfast, the option to put together a packed lunch, and afternoon coffee with hot beverages and cookies during the keynote presentations.

Seminars that include an overnight stay at the Seminarhaus am Friedrichshain include vegetarian half-board.

Seminars with overnight stays at the Academy include full board.

Seminar Days 1, 2, and 4 (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday): Same daily schedule
8:30 AM: Start the day mindfully and actively

Island hike incorporating elements of mindfulness practice
Afternoon: Interactive keynote talk with coffee, tea, and cookies

Seminar Day 3 (Thursday)
8:15 AM: Mindful and active start to the day on the beach

Followed by: Interactive workshop as part of the basic course

It was a very inspiring and enriching week. The exchange with the other participants was very valuable and strengthening! Johanna is a great and very pleasant course leader! I went into the seminar open-minded and unprejudiced, fully engaged in it - feel strengthened for the future and the returning everyday life! Definitely highly recommended :)
