We offer you an oasis in your everyday life, on various weekends throughout the year, to slow down with us and to celebrate the moment in mindfulness. Previous experience in meditation and mindfulness practice in connection with archery is not essential to take part. This is an invitation for you to connect bow and arrow with your body and mind and to achieve deep awareness and a clear mind.
The weekend begins on Friday with arrival from 3 pm and ends on Sunday around 3 pm. The guest house is at our sole disposal so that we can spread out and enjoy the surroundings completely free from external stressors - individually as well as in a group (maximum 8 people in total), depending on your needs.
Come on a journey with us - let us spoil you with culinary delights and learn to accept your body and mind as they are. The location is right on the lake, the bathing area and jetty are just a 2-minute walk away. Forest, fields and a great natural landscape are right on the doorstep.

There are 7 rooms, 6 of which we plan to occupy as single rooms. This leaves two participants who can be accommodated together in a double room (very large room!), but will also receive a price reduction. All participants share a total of 4 bathrooms.
Full board is provided by the accommodation - usually vegetarian (and on request) / vegan full board. Intolerances and food allergies should be communicated to us in good time.
Snacks/fruit/nuts/coffee/tea/water are available at all times.
If desired, beer/wine or similar can be purchased in the evening.
Friday
- From 3 p.m. Arrival - 5 p.m. Get to know each other / expectations / wishes / desires - 6 p.m. Dinner - 7 pm: Archery introduction, followed by evening meditation (20-30 minutes)
Saturday
- 08 am: Breakfast, followed by meditation - 09:30 Start of "Archery and mindfulness" (sessions on various topics and awareness exercises) - 13:00 Lunch, then continuation of "Archery and mindfulness" - Coffee break between 3 and 4 pm - 4 p.m. Start of the group exercise phase - 7 p.m. Dinner
Sunday
- 08 am Breakfast - 09 am Meditation - 09:30-10:30 "Archery and mindfulness" - set-up - 11:00 a.m. tea break - we work with ourselves on a "new level" and find a conclusion - 14:00 Lunch, then departure
We recommend traveling by car or by train/bus in combination with a bicycle. We recommend the following stations:
-Löwenberg (Mark) followed by a cycle tour of 12 km -Lindow (Mark) followed by a short cycle tour of 5 km -Gransee followed by an extensive cycle tour of 20 km
If none of these travel options are realistic for you, please contact us. In case of doubt, we will do our best to pick you up from the train station.
