PARTICIPANT FEEDBACK ON THE SEMINAR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★
“I was able to enjoy the one-week MBSR course as educational leave and was thrilled. The location—the Bonifatius Monastery in Hünfeld—was perfect for this purpose, and Renato is a fantastic instructor. This isn’t a run-of-the-mill course following a set formula; it addresses the participants’ needs, and Renato’s extensive knowledge is conveyed effectively.
Update: I’ve since spent a retreat weekend at the monastery, and it was wonderful. Simply enjoying some time off in beautiful surroundings was a great experience; Renato’s guidance remains engaging and varied.”

“This seminar with you has truly changed me; I went home feeling very content, confident, calm, and free from all expectations. That was a completely new experience!! I’m currently living very mindfully and noticing more than before, and I no longer judge anything. Your phrase ‘Everything that is, is allowed to be, and what is allowed to be can change’ helps me navigate everyday life much better now. For me, it was a very special week because everything was just right: the course, the participants, the surroundings, the accommodations, and above all the kindness with which we all treated one another. I would give all aspects of the seminar a 10 (top grade). I wouldn’t know what could be improved. Thanks to your teaching style, methodology, content, and your inimitable way of conveying information, I’ve retained much more than I have from seminars on similar topics led by others.”

“The seminar was very successful; I took a lot away for my daily life and have already been able to put some of it into practice.”

“Last Saturday, I got right back to it—I installed PV modules on my in-laws’ roof together with them. It was exhausting and required the utmost concentration. Afterward, I realized I’d had enough of ‘doing’ and wanted to shift to ‘being,’ so I meditated after work using your audio guide. That felt good. I usually do this in the morning, and it does me good. Thank you again for your wonderful seminar. It was exactly what I was looking for. I’m also noticing positive changes in my daily life and am now working to keep it that way.”
– Michael
