You will learn special mindfulness exercises and stress management techniques to promote your health and performance. In addition, you will learn how the concept of mindfulness can contribute to healthy and ethical behavior in business and society. WHO IS THIS COURSE SUITABLE FOR?

It is now practiced in numerous organizations and companies (e.g., SAP, Deutsche Bundesbank, BASF, Google). In the US, mindfulness training is already standard practice in many areas of employee development. Our courses meet the high quality standards of the MBSR Association and are tested and certified by the Central Testing Agency for Prevention.

EDUCATIONAL LEAVE The course is certified as educational leave in the following federal states: Hesse, Berlin, Brandenburg, Thuringia, Hamburg, Saxony-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein, and Saarland. Recognition in other federal states is possible upon application. Participation without the use of educational leave is of course also possible.

(The right to educational leave is an entitlement of employees to take time off work with continued payment of their salary. The state of Hesse reimburses half of the salary for employees of micro and small businesses.) PARTICIPANT FEEDBACK ON THE SEMINAR ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
"I was able to enjoy the one-week MBSR course as educational leave and was thrilled. The location—the Bonifatiuskloster in Hünfeld—was ideal for this purpose, and Renato is a great instructor. This is not a run-of-the-mill course based on a fixed schedule; it responds to the needs of the participants, and Renato's broad knowledge is well conveyed.
Update: I have since spent a weekend retreat at the monastery and it was wonderful. Simply enjoying some time out in beautiful surroundings was a great experience, and Renato's instructions were as appealing and varied as ever." – Course participant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "This seminar with you really changed me; I went home feeling very satisfied, confident, calm, and free of all expectations. It was a whole new experience! I am currently living very mindfully and am more aware than before and no longer judge anything. Your statement, 'Everything that is, may be, and what may be, can change,' now helps me much better in my everyday life. It was a very special week for me because everything was just right: the course, the participants, the surroundings, the accommodation, and above all, the friendliness with which we all treated each other. I would give 10 points (top marks) for all aspects of the seminar. I can't think of anything that could be improved. Thanks to the teaching style, methodology, content, and your inimitable way of communicating, I remember much more than I do from seminars on similar topics taught by others." – Claudia Lipinski (Berlin) ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
"The seminar was very successful. I took a lot away with me for everyday life and have already been able to implement some of it." – Dagmar ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Last Saturday, I got straight back to work and installed PV modules on my in-laws' roof. It was exhausting and required the utmost concentration. Afterwards, I realized I'd had enough of 'doing' and needed to 'be,' so I meditated after work with the help of your audio guide. That felt good. I usually do it in the morning and it does me good. Thank you again for your great seminar. It was exactly what I was looking for. I'm also noticing positive changes in my everyday life and am now working on keeping it that way." – Michael
