In this seminar, I weave together content from my long-running, successful seminar “Happiness Through Self-Love” with new, empowering insights.

This seminar takes place in the mindful setting of the Koster and seminar house BuddhasWeg. We will spend time both in the seminar room and outdoors in nature. A successful blend of theory and personal experience. I am very much looking forward to our journey together and the inner journey.

You can look forward to small shamanic rituals that bring joy and may also hold messages for you. The place of power and a healing spring are an absolutely mystical place!

You should be physically fit enough to manage the walk there (1/2 hour downhill) and back (about 1 hour uphill through the forest). The total distance is about 8 km. We’ll walk slowly! With normal fitness, it’s very manageable.

By the way, I’m also happy when men set out on a journey to themselves ;-)!

The seminar begins on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and ends on Sunday around 3:00 p.m.

Enjoy the delicious and nutritious monastery buffet three times a day. The Asian and German dishes are absolutely delicious.
My past seminar participants have been thrilled.

The day and evening of arrival are set aside for getting to know one another. We begin with a short guided meditation and a ritual.
On Saturday morning, we begin in the garden of BuddhasWeg and with exercises in the seminar room. After lunch and a break, we set out for the place of power.
The evening program emerges from the here and now.
On Sunday morning, you can once again experience mindfulness both outdoors and in the seminar room and feel how beneficial this is for your body and mind.
My seminars are very lively and always spring fresh from the here and now. Thus, there is no set plan we stick to; instead, we allow ourselves to flow. This is a particularly beautiful experience and offers you the chance to truly find yourself.
