What to Expect
✨ Reiki
Reiki is a gentle form of energy work that can bring body, mind, and spirit into balance. It helps reduce stress, release blockages, and get your energy flowing again.
✨ Yoga
We practice yoga every day—sometimes calm and relaxing, sometimes a bit more active. The sessions are suitable for all experience levels and help you ground yourself in your body and recharge your energy.
✨ Meditation & Mindfulness
Guided meditations and mindfulness exercises offer you moments of stillness and help you reconnect with your inner voice.
✨ Community & Rituals
In the evening, we come together for group sessions, Reiki circles, or a heart-opening cacao ceremony. In a safe space, you can share, reflect, and let go.

The Retreat Location
Our retreat takes place in Gaienhofen on the quiet, idyllic side of Lake Constance. The accommodation features a large garden, many quiet spots to relax, and direct access to the lake.
