Discover time and space to slow down.
Feel the peace and quiet, move from thinking to feeling, experience a connecting togetherness - or use the moment to be completely with yourself and strengthen your inner resilience. In this retreat, you have the opportunity to simply be.
This retreat is for you if...
you want a break from everyday life
you want to focus on yourself again
You want to find your inner balance again
you often feel stressed, tired or burnt out
you are plagued by insomnia
Sadness or anxiety become overwhelming
Stresses in your life remain persistent
What you can expect: You will receive intensive support in a small, exclusive group of a maximum of 8 participants. Through targeted exercises and structured formats, you will gain deeper insights into your emotional world and behavioral patterns. This will enable you to become more aware of their impact on your well-being.
This retreat will be led by Ingrid Peters. As a trained business coach, management trainer and PBSP® therapist, she supports people in and outside of organizations.
PBSP® stands for Pesso-Boyden-System-Psychomotor and is a form of body-oriented psychotherapy and a coaching method that has been developed by Albert Pesso and Diane Boyden-Pesso since the early 1960s.
With the PBSP® method, elementary basic and developmental needs from long ago can be symbolically revisited and stored as new memories - become who you really are.
Working in a group opens up new perspectives, helps you to cope with stress and offers lasting opportunities for reflection.
Experience lasting change: Tailor-made models for coping with stressful emotional states that we encounter in everyday life trigger deep reflection processes. These promote greater inner balance and calm in the long term.
Body and mind in harmony: Deep relaxation through yoga, dance, meditation or other movement units allow you to experience lightness and inner vitality in a new way and deepen your connection to yourself.
Give yourself time - for more well-being, clarity and serenity.
