Summary

During this weekend, the two instructors will teach a mix of centering, relaxing and health-promoting qigong and a light kung fu form. Both Qigong and the Kung Fu form can be easily integrated into everyday life and thus practiced sustainably.
Kerstin Wessel is a certified Qigong and meditation teacher and Marcel Sturm is a certified Qigong and Kung Fu trainer and fitness coach. The mixture and constant alternation between activity and relaxation is what makes the quality of the weekend course. The weekend is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. In the relaxing atmosphere of the monastery, it is particularly easy to immerse yourself in a completely different world of fitness and relaxation. Simply unwind and do something for your health and fitness at the same time!
All-round care with all main meals, drinks and snacks round off the weekend and guarantee rest and relaxation.

Hans-Günter Lohr

It was a brilliant weekend at Nikolauskloster with Kerstin and Marcel, two wonderful people who led the workshop and gave us so much strength for body and mind. Plus accommodation and top catering by the Nikolauskloster. The spiritual environment in the monastery and the beautifully landscaped monastery garden and, as a gift, the wonderful weather. Just dive in! An all-round harmonious and valuable weekend. Marcel and Kirsten are a top team.
