Jordan's Untermühle, the first wellness hotel in Rheinhessen, with 45 cozy rooms - a place with character to relax and enjoy. Here, rustic romance meets a modern feel-good atmosphere. The rooms are comfortably and tastefully furnished and the Herz&Rebe spa area leaves nothing to be desired with various saunas, aroma steam bath, a cold pool, heated outdoor pool and massage offers as well as a relaxation area.

Accommodation and meals are not covered by the yoga ticket.

11:00-16:30 Free time (between 14:00-16:00 lunch - snack) nice hike in the surrounding area possible or relaxing in the hotel's own fun area with sauna, outdoor pool and much more.
16:30 - 18:00 Evening program in the yoga room: Gentle somatic yoga with guided final relaxation for a restful sleep.

The nearest local train station is in Nierstein. From Mainz there are buses (approx. 45 minutes' drive) to Köngernheim (approx. 10 minutes' walk from the bus stop) or you can take a cab from Nierstein station to Jordan's Untermühle.
