Recharge your batteries on the Costa de la luz incl. matrix course

On the beautiful Costa de la Luz, you will find your inner strength, learn how to realize your ideas, dreams and visions and activate your potential. Become aware of your own self - your I AM. Activate love for yourself, transform or neutralize old, ingrained beliefs, inhibiting paradigms, promises, prohibitions or burdensome feelings of guilt. Let go of all these blocking things and take a positive view of your past. Learn to consciously create feelings of happiness and change your charisma. Make a conscious decision to live a life of lightness and joie de vivre.
We combine this basic course with releaxing in a wonderful ambience and Andalusian delicacies.

Our Casita (1 room apartment incl. shower / WC) is available to our seminar participants. The pool (April - October) can also be used. Everything you need is available in the casita (towels, hairdryer, curling iron, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion) Air conditioning and heating are also available.

The Casita has a coffee machine or kettle and 2 small terraces (sunny and in the shade). Coffee and tea are always available.

Breakfast with everything your heart desires (orange juice, coffee, tea, water, bread rolls, bread, granola, eggs, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, home-made jams, pancakes, poor knights, breakfast pizza, etc.).
The evening meal depends on the client's needs and is arranged individually. In principle, any diet can be catered for.
The menu includes tapas variations, parillada, rice with seafood, carillada, fish, etc.

The basic seminar is divided into 2 units of 1.5 - 2 hours each. The remaining time is at your free disposal.
Depending on the time of arrival, we start with a delicious breakfast or a small snack and then there is a short introduction to the background of the methodology, which concludes with a meditation. This is followed by learning and practicing the two-point method, both non-specific and targeted.
This is usually followed by a break and we continue the seminar in the evening. In the free time you can explore the area, relax by the sea or by the pool, enjoy an energetic back treatment or do whatever you like.
In the evening session, you will learn various techniques for working with the two-point method and we will end the evening with a nice dinner in a convivial atmosphere. We serve typical local beer or wine, water or soft drinks with dinner. Homemade lemonades can also be enjoyed.
We also always serve pan y piccos and olives.

We offer a free shuttle service to Jerez de la frontera airport. We can also organize a city tour of Cádiz with a German-speaking guide, a visit to the market in Chiclana, a visit to Cabo trafalga or Vejer or a flamenco evening at the weekend.
A shuttle service to Seville is available for an extra charge of 160 €.
