At my retreat, you can expect a total of four yoga sessions and meditations as well as journaling sessions to return to your everyday life with a more mindful and loving focus.
In the morning we start the day with a soothing yoga practice to start the day full of positive energy. In the evening, it will be very quiet on our mat to end the day deeply relaxed with Yin Yoga. Suitable meditations help you to relax, lovingly reset and reconnect with yourself and your heart.
Between our yoga and meditation sessions, you have the day at your leisure to do whatever is good for your soul - either on your own or together in our group.
