Move between feeling, sensing, dancing, mobilizing, recharging, realigning, good vibes, laughter, the joy of movement, breathing, unwinding, recharging your batteries, NIA dance fitness outdoors on the beach, letting go, resting, and deep regeneration.
Discover new ways to integrate more ease, joy, fun, and relaxation into your life amidst all the to-do lists and external demands. Let go of the things that trigger pressure, tension, and stress within you.

Experience different styles of YOGA: Together, we’ll dive into various YOGA styles, such as Anusara YOGA (Hatha YOGA), YIN YOGA, YOGA NIDRA, and Restorative YOGA. Guided by mindfulness and a spirit of mutual respect.
Each session is designed to promote and harmonize your flexibility, strength, balance, and your inner and outer equilibrium. Using valuable tools from YOGA and NIA, I’ll show you how YOU can easily and effectively use exercises to increase mobility, allowing strength and mental balance to take root within you.

Find inner peace and stillness: You’ll learn more about meditation to reduce stress, pressure, and tension and stay more relaxed. You’ll find clarity to live in the here and now with fun and joy. Boost your well-being: Learn to enhance your physical and mental well-being through various breathing techniques, which will give you new energy.

Hi and Namasté, my name is Jessica—I do what I love and love what I do. Wild, free & wonderful. I am a woman, a mom to two wonderful girls, a daughter, a friend, and a yogini with heart and soul, a NIA dance-fitness concept teacher, a YIN YOGA teacher,
Anusara Yoga Elements, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga teacher. A few years ago, I quit my job as an industrial clerk. Driven by a deep longing to do things that truly fulfill me and bring joy to my heart.
Connecting with others on a deeper level, creating a unique space for retreat, renewal, transformation, time-out, and balance for people—these are my driving forces and my strengths. Lasting well-being, absolute joy of life, inner and outer balance, mindfulness, and harmonious togetherness are my guiding principles. I teach and design courses and retreats.
Move with joy and fun, authenticity, intuition, heart, empathy, lightness, enjoyment of life, and a zest for life—these are the qualities I would love to share with you. Hotel Das Kubatzki Feel at home as a guest and slow down, enjoy life, and recharge with fresh energy in a relaxed atmosphere—find your way back to yourself. At the Kubatzki, connect not only with yourself but also with other friendly, like-minded people. Hotel rates starting at: 600 euros. Please contact me for details.
You can also participate in the retreat as an “external guest” and stay at the hotel or location of your choice. Meals are enjoyed together, available as a daily package including yoga props and half-board. Feel at home as a guest. Indulge in culinary delights with the best soul food.
The Kubatzki embodies relaxed ease in a feel-good atmosphere. The sea is right nearby. Sand as far as the eye can see… Waves, wind, and open spaces invite you to unwind and complete the holistic experience and retreat for body, mind, and soul.

Catering

We eat our meals together. Treat yourself to the best soul food with our half-board plan. You can look forward to a wide selection of delicious dishes for vegans, vegetarians, and meat and fish lovers alike. Fruit, water, and organic tea are available all day long.

On the day of arrival: Unwind & Recharge with YIN YOGA & YOGA NIDRA (90 min). On all other days: Gentle, energizing NIA dance fitness or gentle, strengthening YOGA (90 min each), followed by breakfast together

You’ll have plenty of free time for yourself daily from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.—sauna, beach, sea, strolling, a good book, and socializing.

In the afternoon, YOGA for deep relaxation and regeneration: YIN YOGA, YOGA NIDRA, and Restorative YOGA (90 min. each). Followed by dinner together. NIA dance fitness on the beach—an outdoor highlight (90 min.).

Arrival

Traveling by Train: Train travelers can reach St. Peter-Ording via Heide/Holstein and Husum using the IC, ICE, regional trains, or the NOB. The train continues on to St. Peter-Bad.
By car, take the A 23, exit at Heide West, and drive through Wesselburen and past the Eidersperrwerk. We have 25 free parking spaces and an electric charging station for your electric car. Location & Directions in St. Peter-Ording
We’re right in the center—yet still quiet—and very close to the beach—just through the pine forest and over the dune (300 m), and you’re there (though it’s still a bit to the sea, as always in SPO).
Upon arrival, simply follow Route 202 through Tating to St. Peter Bad, then turn right toward Dünentherme. Here, just follow the street "Im Bad" to the left—after 300 meters, Kubatzki is on the left side

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Hotel: Booking and Cancellation Policy for Your Room/Hotel “Das Kubatzki”: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. For cancellations made between 14 days and the day of arrival, 80% of the agreed-upon travel price will be charged.
