Experience different styles of YOGA: Together, we’ll dive into various YOGA styles, such as Anusara YOGA (Hatha YOGA), YIN YOGA, YOGA NIDRA, and Restorative YOGA. Guided by mindfulness and a spirit of mutual respect.
Each session is designed to promote and harmonize your flexibility, strength, balance, and your inner and outer equilibrium. Using valuable tools from YOGA and NIA, I’ll show you how YOU can easily and effectively use exercises to increase mobility, allowing strength and mental balance to take root within you.
