On both routes, we intentionally spend the night at sheltered anchorages and buoys to enjoy privacy and the luxury of absolute silence.
Southern Route (August 16–23, 2026) | Archipelago of Silence
From Ĺ ibenik, we sail through the magical, almost surreal world of the Kornati Islands to Dugi Otok. This route invites you to deep reflection, retreat, and the experience of untouched, rugged nature.
Northern Route (August 23–30, 2026) | Islands of Vitality
From Dugi Otok, we glide past the dreamy islands of Ist, Silba, and Olib to Lošinj. Here, lush, fragrant vegetation, pure joie de vivre, and vast, turquoise lagoons await you.
Note on the itinerary: We don’t like rigid schedules. Every morning, we decide together as a crew where the wind will take us—based on the weather and our current needs. Our journey isn’t a rigid checklist of ports, but an intuitive flow between the most beautiful bays, where the sea is our only home.
MORE THAN JUST A SAILING TRIP
The wind carries us across the sea as we feel the warming sun on our skin. Together, we hike to powerful places on secluded islands. There, we actively connect with the elements, our bodies, and our inner core.
Through meditation, breathing exercises, and Qi Gong, you’ll find your way back to yourself—into a deep stillness and, at the same time, a new, vital vitality. You’ll allow your energies to flow freely again and return to your natural rhythm.
LIFE ON BOARD: A SENSE OF SECURITY IN A SMALL GROUP
We sail in a small, intimate group of no more than 4 participants, in harmony with nature. This guarantees you maximum personal space and completely individualized support.
Thanks to the small group size, we can address your personal needs very intensively during the meditations and sessions. There is plenty of space for your questions, your silence, and your very own process.
There is nothing to achieve here. You are simply allowed to be. Space for silence. Space for vitality. Space for connection. Space to lose yourself between sky and sea—and find yourself anew.

Energy in Flow: Vitalizing Qi Gong at special, selected power spots.
Pure Nature: Diving into turquoise lagoons, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), snorkeling, and hiking on untouched islands.

Expertise meets lived experience. My work is not based on theoretical models, but on deeply lived experience. I share only what I have lived through myself and recognized as true.
From Breakdown to Peace: At age 20, I was physically and emotionally broken. The journey back taught me to find joy, love, and inner peace within myself.

* M.Sc. in Psychology: Master’s in Positive Psychology & Coaching.
* Psychotherapy: Training in presence-oriented work.
* Teacher: Over 15 years of experience in Qi Gong, yoga, and meditation.
