MORE THAN JUST A SAILING TRIP
The wind carries us across the sea as we feel the warming sun on our skin. Together, we hike to powerful places on secluded islands. There, we actively connect with the elements, our bodies, and our core essence.
Through meditation, breathing exercises, and Qi Gong, you’ll find your way back to yourself—into a deep stillness and, at the same time, a new, vital aliveness. You’ll allow your energies to flow freely again and return to your natural rhythm.
LIFE ON BOARD: A SENSE OF SECURITY IN A SMALL GROUP
We sail in a small, intimate group of no more than 4 participants, in harmony with nature. This guarantees you maximum personal space and completely individualized support.
Thanks to the small group size, we can focus very intensively on your personal needs during the meditations and sessions. There is plenty of space for your questions, your silence, and your very own process.
There is nothing to achieve here. You are simply allowed to be. Space for silence. Space for vitality. Space for connection. Space to lose yourself between sky and sea—and find yourself anew.

Mindful Sailing: We glide through the beautiful Croatian archipelago and anchor in breathtaking bays. Far away from marinas and mass tourism, we enjoy the luxury of pure silence.
Deep practice: Daily guided meditations, gentle breathing exercises, and inspiring mindfulness prompts.
Energy in flow: Vitalizing Qi Gong at special, selected power spots.
Pure nature: Diving into turquoise lagoons, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), snorkeling, and hiking on untouched islands.

Expertise meets lived experience. My work is not based on theoretical models, but on deeply lived experience. I share only what I have lived through myself and recognized as true.
From brokenness to peace: At age 20, I was broken, both physically and emotionally. The journey back taught me to find joy, love, and inner peace within myself.
