Itinerary for Your Self-Care Retreat in Madeira
Arrival Day – Arrival & Settling In
You’ll receive a warm welcome. After checking in, we’ll get to know each other in a relaxed setting. Over dinner together, we’ll take a first look at the week’s schedule, share expectations, and create space for connection.
Day 2 – Orientation & Self-Reflection
After a relaxed breakfast, we’ll begin with an initial round of reflection. You’ll discover your personal inner map, delve into your values, and begin to recognize initial role and stress patterns. In the evening, a guided dream journey will gently lead you into your subconscious.
Day 3 – Profile & Potential
Today, the focus is on your LINC Personality Profile. We’ll evaluate it together, and you’ll recognize your individual strengths, resources, and competencies. A breathing exercise by the sea strengthens your connection to yourself—and to the island.
Day 4 – Depth & Transformation
We’ll work with your beliefs, challenge limiting convictions, and uncover your personal stimulus-response patterns. You’ll learn the EFT method—a powerful technique for emotional self-regulation.
Day 5 – Time for You
This day is all yours. No program, no obligations. You decide what’s on the agenda today—silence, nature, movement, or simply being.
Day 6 – Clarification & Integration
The day begins with a gentle Yin Yoga session. In a deep reflection session, you’ll look at what you want to hold onto, let go of, or reshape. An inspiring keynote talk will offer you new perspectives.
Day 7 – Conclusion & Outlook
On our final day together, you’ll have time for personal reflection, your wishes, and your next steps. You’ll create a concrete action plan—so your experiences can take root in your daily life. As we wrap up together, we’ll celebrate your journey back to yourself.
Day of Departure – Returning with Clarity
With new clarity, inner peace, and a mindful outlook on what lies ahead, you begin your journey home—carried by what has matured within you.
