Day of arrival - Arrive & get in the mood
You will receive a warm welcome. After checking in, we get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. Over dinner together, we take a first look at the week's schedule, share expectations and create space for connection.
Day 2 - Orientation & introspection
After a relaxed breakfast, we start with a first round of reflection. You discover your personal inner map, delve into your world of values and recognize your first role and stress patterns. In the evening, a guided dream journey will lead you gently into your subconscious.
Day 3 - Profile & potential
Today the focus is on your LINC Personality Profile. We evaluate it together and you recognize your individual strengths, resources and skills. A breathing exercise by the sea strengthens your connection to yourself - and to the island.
Day 4 - Depth & transformation
We work with your beliefs, question blocking convictions and discover your personal stimulus-response patterns. You will get to know the EFT method - a powerful technique for emotional self-regulation.
Day 5 - Time for you
This day is all yours. Without a program, without obligation. You decide what you want to do today - silence, nature, exercise or just being.
Day 6 - Clarification & integration
The day begins with a gentle yin yoga session. In a deep reflection unit, you look at what you want to keep, let go of or create anew. An inspiring keynote speech will give you new perspectives.
Day 7 - Conclusion & outlook
On the last day together, you will have time for personal reflection, wishes and your next steps. You will draw up a concrete action plan - so that your experiences have an impact on your everyday life. At the end of the day, we will celebrate your journey back to yourself.
Departure day - return with clarity
With new clarity, inner peace and a conscious view of what is to come, you start your return journey - supported by what has matured within you.
