Experiencing ourselves consciously, authentically and alive is the
goal of this experience-oriented workshop.
Through the spiritual practice of wisdom from East and West and
the modern and scientifically researched methods of mindfulness
we will go into inner exploration and lead ourselves into an expanded
space of consciousness. A space of existence in which we
can be what and how we really are. There we encounter
a deep peace in which we meet ourselves and the world with trust and acceptance.

- Guided mindfulness and body awareness exercises
- Presentation of traditional and modern mindfulness methods
(contemplation, Zen, MBSR, MBCL, etc.)
- Meditation in silence and dialogical process work
- Impulse lectures, reflection work, individual discussions
- Transfer exercises for everyday professional and private life.

The seminar with you really changed me; I went home very satisfied, confident, relaxed and free of all expectations. It was a completely new experience!
