Back to nature - that is the theme of my little retreat.
Everyday life is becoming ever faster and more hectic. Sometimes we barely manage to cope with our daily tasks. We feel drained and tired. How we long for a little time out.
In my little retreat, we spend a lot of time in the forest and take this little break. We immerse ourselves in the relaxing greenery and enjoy the peace and protection of the forest. We go for a mindful walk and become aware of the little things. Barefoot or with shoes, everyone as they like it. We relax in outdoor hammocks and listen to the sounds of nature. We collect forest treasures, listen to the babbling of a stream and relax with various relaxation and mindfulness exercises.
The physical well-being is taken care of. With delicacies from nature. Let nature and the fascination of the forest surprise you.

Accommodation is not included in the price. If you are traveling from further away, we will be happy to help you find suitable accommodation. Please write this in your request.

We start at 9.30 a.m. with a short introductory session to get to know each other.
We then get into the mood for the short retreat with a relaxation session.
From 11 am to 3 pm we go into the forest. There we will spend our relaxing and restorative time together. Through small mindfulness exercises, we consciously perceive our surroundings and train our senses.
If you like, you can walk barefoot during the mindful walk. We collect treasures from the forest. At 12.30 pm I invite you to lunch/picnic. We will fortify ourselves with natural snacks. Afterwards there will be a relaxation session. Around 2 p.m. we will set up the hammocks and everyone will have their "own" time. At around 2.45 pm we will set off on our way back.
After a short review/feedback we will end our little retreat. End approx. 17.00 hrs
The times given are approximate. We want to spend the day without pressure and stress.

Day 2 starts at 9.30 am. We will start with a short Pilates session and, weather permitting, we will go out into the countryside. Afterwards, I invite you to join me for a cup of tea or coffee. Then it's back into the forest. On this day, you can listen to the sounds of the forest, accompanied by singing bowl music. You can close your eyes and just be. After a meal, you will slowly return to the forest. The day ends around 3 pm
