Day 1 - Arrive in peace
15:00 | Arrive - Find your place, let go of everyday life and arrive relaxed.
16:00 - 17:00 | Welcome ceremony - Start this special time together and get to know each other.
17:00 - 18:30 | Relaxed Shivananda yoga session - A mindful yoga session that brings body and mind into harmony.
19:00 | Cozy dinner - Relax at the end of the day and enjoy the community.
Day 2 - Exploring nature and calming the mind
07:00 - 08:00 | Healthy and tasty breakfast - A delicious breakfast for an energetic start to the day.
08:30 - 11:30 | Hike to Obernbergersee - Feel the connection to nature and find inner peace, accompanied by a yoga session by the lake.
12:30 - 15:30 | Weaving - Experience the joy of the present moment in a creative flow state.
16:00 - 18:00 | Time for the "tuat guat zone" - relaxation in the sauna or with a soothing massage.
18:15 - 18:45 | Guided meditation - deep relaxation for body and mind.
19:00 | Cozy dinner - end the day together.
Day 3 - Mindfully perceive the forest and let your mind wander
