🌿 Seminar Schedule – Relaxed, Lively, and a Little Different Every Day
Our days follow a soothing basic structure—while still leaving enough flexibility to adapt to the group, the weather, and the mood.
In the morning, we start the day together, usually from 8:00–9:00 a.m. or until 9:30 a.m.
You can look forward to a cheerful mix of breathing exercises, laughter yoga, gentle movement, or Yoga Nidra—a relaxed start full of lightness.
Afterward, we enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the garden.
From about 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., we focus on the next activities:
laughter exercises, mindfulness, happiness prompts, and short creative sessions—sometimes active, sometimes still.
After the long break, we go with the flow:
Sometimes we’re drawn to the sea, sometimes to the Molyvos region, sometimes we stay in the island garden under the trees.
We combine movement, laughter, nature, and small exercises—completely freely and in the rhythm of the day.
A free afternoon is also planned, so there’s plenty of time for swimming, resting, massages, or short excursions.
For our group day trip, we set out after breakfast and spend several hours on the road—always mindful, always lighthearted, always with an eye for beauty.
