The Art of Letting Go - 4-day restorative yoga & creativity retreat in the Harz Mountains

Let's be honest, who among us doesn't sometimes feel that life is a bit too much? Between your job, relationships and the constant pressure to be perfect, you often fall by the wayside. If you're longing for some time out to find your center again, then I've got just the thing for you: a chilled-out retreat weekend right by the lake, just for us.

Just imagine: We stay in a cozy, personal vacation home right on the water, where we are woken up in the morning by birdsong and the view of the lake. No fixed hotel rooms, but our own little paradise.

During the day, we can expect a mix of relaxing yoga to shake off the stress of everyday life and creative workshops where we can give free rein to our inner artist. And then there's our "The Art of Letting Go" workshop, in which we work together on how to shed ballast and create space for new energy.

This retreat is more than just a weekend. It's an opportunity to come together with other women who know exactly what it feels like to be caught in the middle. Here we can inspire and support each other and simply take a deep breath. The costs include everything except your personal arrival and departure. The exact price depends on the desired room.

- Reading room: Shared double room with balcony, reading room and two 90x200 m beds.

The accommodation is my private vacation home, my Safe Space. It is located right next to a bathing lake, with other lakes and forests within walking distance. On the property and in the house, you will also find a 30 square meter yoga room, a sauna, a fireplace, a whirlpool, a fireplace and a communal dining area in the conservatory. I would like to share this magical place with you.

There are six bedrooms (shared double rooms and private rooms) that can accommodate up to eight participants.

Including daily breakfast, daily lunch, daily dinner and snacks.

I am very much looking forward to spoiling you with my home-cooked, colorful and healthy cuisine. Every day, I prepare carefully composed meals in which I place great emphasis on seasonal and regional products.

During the day, you can help yourself to coffee and tea specialties, refreshing infused water and invigorating matcha at any time.

You will find fresh fruit and small snacks in the lounges to satisfy your hunger in between meals. Of course, I also take into account requests such as vegan food or allergies, intolerances and intolerances.

The best way to reach the town is by car, as there are four free private parking spaces. If you are traveling by train, the Osterode or Goslar stops are particularly suitable. As a rule, there are always small car pools from there.
