The spring and summer months make life tangible and invite you to discover new perspectives. In this soothing time-out with Gertraud Engleder, you will combine mental strength with the power of nature. The mindful surroundings of the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center - with its own natural swimming pond, fire bowl and 230,000 square meters of meadows and forests - create space for contemplation and development.
Mental training is at the heart of this retreat. In the protection of the group, you will learn effective techniques to strengthen your self-efficacy. You will practise consciously directing your thoughts, formulating goals and gaining mental clarity.
The program is given particular depth through nature-based exercises such as the "Sit Spot", the mindful lingering in a fixed natural place, or mirror techniques with plants and landscape elements. These are complemented by creative methods such as intuitive writing or guided visualizations. All of this helps you to consciously perceive inner processes and make coherent decisions.
With its warm atmosphere, vegetarian-vegan cuisine and animals such as alpacas and ponies, the Kleebauer Hof offers a loving setting in which to recharge your batteries - whether hiking through the rolling hills or in the Swiss stone pine sauna followed by a dip in the natural bathing pond - with a view over the countryside.

Program scope:
The scope of the program is deliberately designed rhythmically and with sufficient space for integration: On the day of arrival, the retreat begins at 4 p.m. with a first session together. On the following days, you can expect a two-hour morning/morning session and a further session in the afternoon - always with a focus on mental clarity, nature awareness and personal reflection. On the day of departure, there will be a final morning session before the retreat ends after breakfast together and a final session.
