Over these three days, a consciously held space will emerge for self-discovery, integration, and authentic connection.

We’ll use various approaches to help you reconnect more deeply with yourself:

* Breathwork – conscious breathing to release tension and open up inner space

The house was built using natural materials and features a warm, homey atmosphere, while also offering modern and stylish accommodations for your retreat. Lovingly furnished single and double rooms are available.

Daily Schedule
8:30 a.m. – We start with a fresh smoothie and then move on to the morning session: We begin the day with a gentle session of somatic yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. This is your time to center yourself, awaken your body, and clear your mind.

10:00 a.m. – GO Process: We dive into the GO Process. This guided, complementary practice invites you to express your authentic self. We practice recognizing, accepting, and letting go. This leads you to inner clarity and lightness.

11:00 AM – Brunch: After the morning session, we enjoy a light, nourishing breakfast that gives you energy for the day and prepares you for the next processes.

Space for you.

5:00 PM – Dinner: A shared vegetarian or vegan dinner awaits you. This meal strengthens you and brings you warmth and calm.

7:00 PM – Evening Session: In the evening, we invite you to a soothing sound meditation, a somatic yoga session, or a special breathing session. These spaces deepen the process of letting go, offer you deep relaxation, and guide you into your presence.

Wellness: To round off the day, you can relax in the wellness area. This time is all yours—for reflection, letting go, and complete relaxation.

Directions by public transportation: Dornbirn train station, take bus 180, 181, or 203 to the “Pfarrheim Wallenmahd” stop, or take bus 202 to “Volksschule Wallenmahd.”
From there, it is a few minutes’ walk to the retreat house.

If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 95% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 10 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.

Feel free to bring a water bottle, something to write with, a bathrobe, and—for frequent sauna-goers—an extra sauna towel.
Everything else is provided.
