There are times when your body functions as it should, but deep down it no longer really feels like home. Fatigue, tension, or feeling overwhelmed are often only noticed once boundaries have long since been crossed. Many people describe the feeling of living constantly “in their heads” and having lost touch with their own bodies over time.
This exclusive 1:1 retreat is an invitation to step out of the constant cycle of functioning for a few days and reconnect with yourself in a safe, calm, and tangible way.
At the heart of the retreat is trauma-sensitive yoga as a mindful path back to your own body awareness. Without pressure to perform, without judgment, and without rigid routines. Movement arises slowly, adapted to your nervous system and to what truly feels right for you in that moment.
The process is complemented by embodiment, gentle body and awareness exercises, as well as consciously slowed-down experiences of nature amidst forests, mountains, and water. Forest bathing is an important part of the retreat; slow walking, silence, natural stimuli, and being consciously outdoors support your nervous system in releasing tension and regaining inner regulation.
Nature serves not merely as a backdrop but as a soothing space for experience. Thoughts quiet down, the body becomes more perceptible again, and much of what is overshadowed in daily life is allowed to realign.
During these days, I will guide you exclusively in a one-on-one setting. Without group dynamics, without comparisons, and without external time pressure, a sustained space is created where your system doesn’t have to react constantly but can slowly soften again.
Depending on your needs, relaxation sessions with scent and sound, as well as energetic massages, can also be part of the retreat. Always voluntary, mindful, and embedded within a clear, safe framework. In between, there is intentional time for retreat and rest.
Many people leave this retreat not only more relaxed but with a significantly altered body awareness: more inner peace, greater presence in daily life, an earlier recognition of their own needs, and the feeling of being closer to themselves again.
This retreat is designed for people who no longer wish to function in spite of their bodies, but who long for genuine regeneration, relief for the nervous system, and a more loving connection to themselves. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All exercises are mindfully guided and individually adapted to your abilities and physical needs.

The retreats take place exclusively between June and October and are therefore offered in limited numbers per season.
