It enables you to reconnect your body and mind with nature through targeted exercises, resulting in scientifically validated and verifiable positive health effects. Without any esotericism, spirituality or hocus-pocus - measurable and beneficial for everyone. Because just as the forest purifies the air and water, it also has a positive effect on your health. Shinrin Yoku loosely translated means: "Breathe in the atmosphere of the forest." What used to be just a feeling is now scientifically proven. A one-hour stay in the forest and, even better, forest therapy can contribute to a significant improvement in mental and physical well-being.
