Shinrin Yoku, also known as forest bathing, began in Japan with systematic and methodical studies of various forest influences. The Shinrin Yoku method was developed on this basis. It enables you to reconnect your body and mind with nature through targeted exercises, resulting in scientifically validated and verifiable positive health effects. Without any esotericism, spirituality or hocus-pocus - measurable and beneficial for everyone. Because just as the forest purifies the air and water, it also has a positive effect on your health. Shinrin Yoku loosely translated means: "Breathe in the atmosphere of the forest." What used to be just a feeling is now scientifically proven. A one-hour stay in the forest and, even better, forest therapy can contribute to a significant improvement in mental and physical well-being.
