Summary

Sometimes we feel cut off from ourselves. Physical sensations and emotions seem diffuse, impulses and signals from the body are not always perceptible and it is difficult to feel inner peace and security. This can make everyday life feel exhausting or overwhelming.

We often realize: I want to be alive and present in my body again. I want to feel myself and feel safe and comfortable in my own body.

This is exactly where trauma-sensitive yoga comes in, not to 'work on' something, but to perceive the body as a place of reconnection.

In my 1:1 retreat, I offer you a protected setting in the calming power of nature, between forest, mountains and water. Step by step, we invite you to reconnect with your body. Mindful movements, gentle exercises and loving sensations give your nervous system security and help you to anchor yourself in the here and now.

This retreat is a place where you don't have to do anything. No performance, no perfection, no "real" yoga. It's not about hours of meditation, elaborate poses or guided breathing exercises that take you away from yourself. It's about being mindful and non-judgmental of yourself, understanding yourself better and feeling comfortable and safe in your body.

We work with:
Gentle, physical exercises that help you to perceive your body signals more clearly.

Mindfulness for emotions, sensations, boundaries and needs.

Self-pacing, self-acceptance and self-care instead of pressure to perform.

Trauma-sensitive yoga is easy to learn, even with physical limitations, and you can practise the exercises independently after the retreat.

Over the course of the retreat, you will experience how your body can feel like a safe, vibrant place and how you can once again be mindful of what is good for you.

That's why your private, cozy wooden hut and a meditation room are available to you at all times during the retreat. Here you can retreat, sleep and relax.

🥗 To ensure that you are well nourished at all times during the coaching, I prepare "good mood soulfood" cooked with love for you. All meals are vegetarian/vegan and consist of fresh, organic ingredients and wild herbs that nourish your body and soul. In addition to breakfast and dinner, small snacks and hot and cold (non-alcoholic) drinks are always available during the day.
No a la carte meals, but we are of course happy to cater for any intolerances.

👥️ 3 days of psychological & shamanic coaching in nature
Immerse yourself for three days in an intensive coaching experience that combines trauma-sensitive yoga, shamanic-energetic work and psychologically based support.
Your soul will find refuge with me when you don't know what to do next.
During this time, you will be cared for and professionally guided, supported and inspired to gain new clarity, energy and self-confidence. Every day is designed to help you explore yourself, get closer to yourself and feel your power (again).

I am a Sabine life and social counselor as well as a couples & sexual counselor (in training under supervision) and a shamanic practitioner, I accompany you trauma-informed with heart, clarity and sensitivity.

My services include psychological and shamanic support in the countryside, forest bathing, trauma-sensitive yoga and nature and wilderness education, and I combine my knowledge and skills to achieve the best possible results for you. You are welcome to book additional elements individually on site for your retreat.

You can use the rest of the time to relax and reflect.
Yoga room, Nordic walking sticks, painting materials, books, guitar, drum, oracle cards, incense sticks etc. are available on site.

Your retreat will take place in a small village surrounded by lush nature in the middle of wooded mountains in the beautiful Mur Valley. There are wonderful hiking and cycling trails and a refreshing natural swimming pool right on the doorstep for you to get some exercise. If the occasion arises, we can end the day together around a crackling campfire.

Please note: my retreats are for personal development, support in difficult phases of life, psychoeducation and do not replace psychotherapy. Shamanic accompaniment & energy work do not replace a doctor.
